I host LAN parties.
I have a waiver for minors.
But, I want to say, on my website, that I am not responsible for any problems that can occur.


How should I word this, to cover everything?

Again, are you hosting LAN parties for a few people (like under 10), or for a huge group of 50+?

If it's just a few people, I dont know why you would even need waivers, most small LAN places don't have them either.

Couldnt have said it better myself.

Perhaps adding "...occur with you or your equipment" And "come at your own risk"

Why are you only having minors have to sign the waver?

From the way its worded on the site it looks like if youre over 18 you dont have to sign. Shouldnt you have everyone sign?
