Lan Party Help

Hey guys, I am making a nice little noob thread because I have some lan party questions as I have heard some rumours about compatibility, pickiness and such, but I want it becuase I am going to be overclocking a lot.

Now, will this board be compatible with everything in my sig?

Also, they do make a non-sli model right? On newegg it says it is not SLI but has a picture of the sli board.

Is this truly the best overclocking/gaming board.

Any thing I should know before setting down $130 on it for my build?

This is my second build by the way.
 
Thats basicly what I have, works fine, I've been having some problems with my RAM but I think its OCZ's fault (RMA'ing it now). Oh yeha and all their curnet henaration LP motherboards have the same layout, but the chipset and integrated RAID is what the differences are, with the ultra-D you have two PCI-E slots, but you cant run SLI because it doesnt have the chipset.
