LAN password protected PC turning off !!

hey hi ... i am in office and we have domain on which all pc are connected but i am not a part of that domain. so i am just using WIFI here to access net. i just want to turn off one of my colleagues pc for the sake of experiment. we are in the same room. i dont know how to make it done.
let me mention 2 things in here ...
1.same LAN using
2.file sharing enabled on frnd pc
3. i know his system ip.
4. access to his system denied

any help would be highly appreciated...
