Language analysis Tool

Hi,
I wonder if any one can help me in finding a good language analysis tool. I have a text document and I need to analysis the data in it to find how many nouns, verbs, adjective and Adverb, and find out all the co-occurrence in the words.

im not sure such a tool exists, if it does its accuracy must be limited, as your asking a machine to be able to understand the human language, for example a word can be a noun or verb in many cases, and you'd need to understand the structure of the sentence

Thanks for your replies, I know that such tool exist but I can find it. All what the tool really need to do is analyze the word according to saved dictionary (WordNet..etc). I don't need it to figure out the strange words; only the proper English one...
