lanparty overclocking?

I am going to be buying a amd-64bit 2800 with 754 socket and i will be installing on a dfi lanparty board....however, I want to know if anyone has tried overclocking any of these and how far can you go before tearing sometihng up......Thanks for the imput fella's

I have the Lanparty 915 for my 3.4, and my friend has one for his 2.4 He got his 2.4 up to extreme levels, and I havn't attempted mine yet. GENIE BIOS are what it comes with, and I think they are excellant. They have a good performance, and they are easy to use.
