Laptop 98% Not charging? Urgent! D:

Well, I currently own a Samsung R580. As of a few days ago, I realized after uninstalling the "Bulk programs" from the computer that are always on a fresh laptop/desktop, that sometimes my charging would say "98% Plugged in, not charging". Give in mind that Samsung has a "Battery life extender" Application.
But, I didn't uninstall the samsung programs, Just the best-buy stuff.

But, as of a few days ago, I did a Samsung Recovery back to the stock Windows 7 Install (64-bit Home premium) and all is fine..So far..

I am personally quite worried that it may be a hardware problem vs software. Due to the fact that a software issue seems a little..Different. But, I will say that the BIOS has a SMART BATTERY CALIBRATION (Has a button with meter on the battery) that I tried prior to the fresh install..and nothing happened.

When it first started happening, it was always doing it at 97%, until I did the calibration it then started 98%. Now that the OS is fresh, it works fine.

So really, what should I do? Re-turn to the store? Or, just leave be?

It's only a software problem. I would recommend borrwing a windows 7 install cd and reformatting, versus doing a restore. All OEM's load up there restore partitons with bloatware. the battery life extender probably beiing one.

How could you be so sure of the factor that it is a software issue? What would be the cause really? i mean, does software have the ability to really effect it that much?

If i have my Windows 7 Upgrade disc that I used on my desktop, can I do a reinstall via That and the OEM sticker?

You can use the upgrade to isntall it yes. But during installing with the disc, don't enter the CD key. make sure you select the correct version of windows too. then you can activate over the phone (use the toll free number)

The only reason these programs are on there is because they get paid to put them on there. they are useless unless you buy the full programs that even then won't do a lot more than quality free alternatives.

Well what i mean is, If i use my desktops Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade disk, can I do a reinstall of Windows 7 Home Premium (Via 64-bit disc) and then use the laptops OEM sticker for a fresh install?
