Laptop advice and gaming power

I'm looking at buying one of the following laptops:

1. HP-Laptop

Intel Pentium Processor T4500
3GB DDR2 DIMM memory
320GB Hard Drive
Intel Grpahics Media Accelerator 4500M

2. Toshiba- Satellite Laptop

AMD Athlon II Dual-Core processor P320
3GB DDR3 memory
320GB hard drive
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

3. Gateway-Laptop

MD Athlon II Dual-Core processor P320
4GB DDR3 memory
320GB hard drive
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

So which of these is, in your opinion, the better laptop, both overall and for gaming. Do any of the above have a reputation as particularly reliable/troublesome models?

As far as games go, I'm not interested in playing terribly cutting edge games at ultra high settings, but could any of these computers handle, say, Medieval 2 or Empire Total War? Sims 3? World in Conflict? Oblivion? If so, could they handle them well, or just barely?

My knowledge of computers is a bit too limited for me to have complete confidence in my own judgments on these issues, so any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The gateway. More RAM, a Discreete GPU (even if not brilliant) :)

it should handle most of those games OK< but you might have to turn the settings down :)

i wouldnt look at the radeon 4200 series as a gaming gpu, its probably close in performance to a hd series intel, only reason the last one might perform better is the ram will be in dual channel with same densities, otherwise both amd based machines would perform the same... look for something with a 45xx or maybe a 56xx chip, would probably balance battery as well as mild gaming
