laptop cooler

hey guys i just bought a laptop cooler. It has two fans on the bottem that sucks and the air exits through the side. HOwever, the bottem fan of my laptop also sucks, so i'm a bit worried that it'll just cancel each other out. Do you think the cooler would actually help?
 
play a game with the machine on your lap and then ask that question...

actually it didnt burn my nuts, it burned my thighs now i dont need to wax and stuff, not like i wax anyways. whenever possible i try to just place it on a flat surface like a table that is clean so stuff dont get suck into the laptop. the two bottom fan one should feel cool and one hot so i dont think they are both doing the same job. a cooling pad is not neccessary unless you're going run it 24/7 or something. like this guy and his dell laptop where he set it up as a server! LMAO!
 
well problem is..my laptop does sometimes overheat..once in the summer my temp probe tested 80 degrees C for harddrive..and the lappy shut off in like 5 seconds to prevents itself from catching on fire or something =)
