Laptop died...

Hey.

This is my first time here, and I'm just looking for some advice.

I had a Fujitsu Siemens laptop, which died due to power cable failure which fried the component needed to charge the battery.

I have some data I need retrieved, but the adapter I have is not compatible with the HDD that the laptop used.

Is there any way I can link up the HDD to retrieve my data?

Thanks in advance.

Is it a sata hard drive or is there an adapter attached to the pins on the laptop hard drive and you just need to remove it?

It's a sata (Serial ATA) drive. There's no adapter, that I can see at least. It seems to be all attached via solder or otherwise.

Apologies for the poor quality, it's only a 5MP Camera.
