Hi, im after reformatting my vaio fs515e laptop. but i think im having a few issues with my drivers not being entirely correct. i am using windows mce. there are a number of function buttons on my keyboard for muting the volume and turning it up and down. also on the mousepad, normally when i run my finger up or down the right hand side it acts as a scrolling function. however since the format, these things have not been working. does any one know where i can find the correct drivers for this issue. searched sony website but the drivers i got there werent for the keyboard or mousepad.

The mousepad might be a synoptics brand pad. That's what many laptops use this, but some also dont... As for the function buttons, that's hard to say. I doubt there's a generic button driver for them. You could try something like Keytweak that lets you assign some basic buttons. It might work for the one's your talking about.
