Laptop for Architecture

Hello,

A friend of mine is looking for a laptop that is good for architecture stuff, specifically rendering. The software she is using is 3Ds Max which is an autodesk program and Rhino for which Grasshopper is a plug-in. Any recommendations? From what I've read having a top notch processor is what everyone in that field looks for and having a decent graphics cards.

Also other things to add are that in this laptop there is going to be a lot of rendering to be done, so ideally it should have a very good cooling system. The price budget is around $1000.
