How? If it does have an upgradeable processor, you can just send it somewhere to put it in. How in the world is that not a good computer. It has a great graphics card, maxed amount of ram, large hard drive, labelflash for labling disks, bluetooth, and a LOT of ports. The only thing not good about it is the processor. That processor is perfectly capable of running vista, and the graphics card is too. Unless the op is going to play crysis, or be doing extremely large photoshop's, the processor should be fine.
