Laptop for Grandparents

I have two grandparents both around seventy-five who are looking for a basic laptop with quick browsing speeds and decent download rates for family pictures. They aren't highly adept at learning so they want windows 7. Figured Solid State would be good for picture downloading and opening and 4 GB RAM would be plenty for browsing a few tabs. Intel i5 Duo is more than enough in my opinion, but I'm in no way an expert. For the budget of 200-250 ish seems pretty good. What do you think?

That's the exact machine I would have suggested.

Please note that the picture is incorrect. The E6420 is a 14" laptop and does not have the number pad. The E6520 is pictured.
