Laptop freezes + redlines all over the screen [pics]

So basically my laptop freezes almost daily and the screen ends up looking like this:

Random combination of red lines..

Does anyone know what's going on? All the hardware tests come out fine showing no errors.

The freezing is almost always triggered when laptop is dragged or picked up by these corners:

Is the motherboard broken?

Hi,

Faulty hardware, initially i'd have said the screen, but the picking up business doesn't match with that. Maybe you'd be luck and its just the lead that connects the screen to the motherboard is loose. But hardware in any case. Check some simple things, its not too hot, give it a blow out, fans going round.

I would take to an Laptop repair shop, its not something i'd advise someone to investigate themselves.
