laptop gaming guru needed

Long story short.... all the componets on the laptop are the same besides these differences

want to play dx 10 games which laptop should i buy

1)CPU core2du 2.0 ghz... 2 megabyte l2 cache 800mz fsb
mobile gpu is 9600

or

2)cpu core2duo @2.4 ghz 6mb cache 1300 fsb
but gpu is a 9200

first processor is much better

both laptops have 4 gigs of ddr 2 ram at 800
