Laptop goes straight into bios

hi there I have a Toshiba A665, yesterday I turned it on and it would go straight into the bios. It would not boot up into windows. I attempted several times to configure the BIOS to default settings and saved the settings. When it exited it would go straight back into the BIOS. Anyone know what could possibly wrong? I tried to set it up to boot into the cd rom where I had a boot up cd rom for my laptop and it wouldn't boot into it. It would go straight back into the BIOS. Any suggestions what could be wrong?

I would look at a possible depressed key, which ever key is used to enter bios. Usually del, f2, f1, f10.
