Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here, so sorry if it's not in the right spot.
A few months ago, I was happily playing on a world of warcraft server with no framerate lag or any sort of technical difficulty on my laptop. Then, after an antivirus program glitched out and didn't let me start up my computer, I had to get a full reset on it. Now, for whatever reason, I can do normal things like use a web browser with no problem, but the second I start up any sort of game: the framerate drops significantly, and the game is basically unplayable. I've tried lowering settings, but that doesn't seem to help at all.
I don't know what specs people usually put, so I'll just put the very basics in a screenshot:
