laptop hard drive help

the hard drive on my toshiba laptop has developed a problem, it is saying hard drive fault with following messages-
1-data error (cyclic redundancy check) (0x80070017)
2-toshiba mk2035gss ata device volume;c;/;e;/
any help appreciated

could you tell us what make the hdd is and do you a windows disc or a recovery partion ?

The drive is bad, replace it.

run HDD tune's "error scan"
i think it has many bad sectors
