Laptop has been doing updates for an hour

Hi,
My Lenovo Yoga 510 , windows 10 laptop has been doing a windows update for the last hour.
All i did was hit "Update and restart".
Is this normal?
For the last hour it has said "working on updates 2%. Dont turn off your PC, this will take a while"

What should i do?

Let it update. If after 12 hours or so and it hasn't completed then you have a problem.
