Laptop help

I am trying to install a new OS on my laptop,

I currently have Vista and have tried to install; XP, 7 & Mac OSX (Using Boot-132)

When i select it for install, it gets past a certain point before starting the install and my laptop just re-boots and I can'd do anything about it

I have a Samsung R710 Laptop, 4GB Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 processor, nVidia 9300M GS GFX Card

Please anyhelp would be appreciated,

Are you booting to the install cd and deleting existing partitions before actually starting to install windows?
