laptop hp

ive just inherited a HP laptop it has skype,yahoo messenger and windows live messenger downloaded on it.The problem im having is im unable to sign in on any of them using my normal log in name n password.Does any1 know how i can access them or how i can send the computer back to its factory setting please as im new to computers and a bit computer thick lol.

wait have you saved your password and forgotten them? passwords are stored locally.... if you want to restore to a past point you can do that in restore is system tools... hopefully you have saved from a point in the past
