Hello,
I purchased a new laptop for my mother. It is a fairly decent laptop with Vista Home, 3GB of RAM, 300GB hard drive, Intel Duo core processor, etc. When you turn the computer on it connects to wireless perfectly and remains connected while you are using it. When she leaves to do something and comes back 30mins to an hour later it is disconnected from the wireless and it WONT reconnect. She needs to restart the computer in order for it to reconnect.
Basically I have been searching for the problem but can't find it. When it happened at first I assumed it was the power saving feature, so I turned it off but it didn't make a difference.
Please help me out because she is very annoyed of this.
Thanks!
Regards,
Kyle
