Laptop keeps switching itself off every half hr

Get a blue screen counting down. Something like "Windows will now shut down to prevent any serious harm coming to your computer".

Manage to get this info once restarted. Model is Toshiba. Vista.

What are your Temps like? Will it restart right away or do you have to wait a few minutes? Are there any error messages while the system is re-POSTing?
