Hi, i bought my laptop toshiba satellite 2 years ago.

and since I play one game(have to press many times "ctrl" in that game to shoot missiles etc...) Now, my "ctrl" button on the keyboard seem a bit "non sensitive" I've to press harder to make it work....

What should I do to fix this problem?

Probably get a new keyboard. If it's no a button problem where it's a broken plastic piece, you can try to yank off the other CTRL key and replace it there. But since you said it may be less responsive, mostlikely you'll need a new keyboard.

well, the thing is....HOW TO GET A NEW KEYBOARD?? I'm talking about the keyboard that are part of my laptop, you know what I mean? it's not like a separate PC keyboard...it's "WITH" my laptop u know what I mean?

Also, there is only ONE "ctrl" button in for my laptop, thats why I'm worry what happen if my CTRL button doesn't work, I don't have another "ctrl" button...

Yes, the keyboard is with your laptop.. or built into your laptop... but it's also removeable. To get a new laptop keyboard, you can order through Toshiba themselves or any other parts retailer. The keyboard, once removed, would look something like this.

it can be tricky taking appart a notebook, if you have never done this before you may want to take it to a professional. If you are good at this type of stuff , either search the net for removal instructions or get a repair manual from Toshiba,,, more than likely there is a part number on a lable on the back of yhe keyboard..
Most key boards come out by popping off the strip that goes across the top , above the keybord, some older ones , the y are held in by screws through the bottom and some have little latches that you need to push in on the actuall keyboard.

Are those IBM keyboard work for my Toshiba A30-YS5?
No they won't, but I was just using that picture as an example that they are removable & that's how they look like. They're very easy to remove & replace/reset. It slipped my mind that you had aToshiba, & not an IBM (I was helping someone else with the same problem). But I fixed my previous post.

well have a look under the key first by taking it off, there might be something sticky or it is not in properly, it could just be a simple thing like that
