laptop keyboard problems

look my keyboard has some keys mixed up im not sure but ithink this happened after installing norton antivirus

anyways

when i type the "@" button (shift 2) the " comes out also when i type # the one that comes out is this £ also some other signs are mixed up but all leters are normal

Thats cause you most probably have it set to the 'English US' style.

Thats of course presuming you're not in the US. Or if you're US, you probably have it vice versa - set to English UK.

ya i think ur right just one thing though do i change the setting from reigonal options in my controll panel or where
 
maybe you've got the keyboard mashed up. it could also be a ping. try a search for all files marked 'ping' and delete them. also delete the temp. this is a bogus trick.

im just confused about what you said and your reasoning behind it. maybe if you tell him to delete stuff, tell him why
