Laptop Locking Up on Internet

I am not sure where this post should be...please feel free to move it if necessary...I am having problems with my screen locking up while on the internet...I initially assumed this to be a software problem and I reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows XP..still locked up...called Dell and had my motherboard, video card, LCD display, keyboard replaced...I have spyware, AV programs which all show nothing on my computer...I have installed all windows updates...video card driver is updated...firmware for my wireless system is updated...locking up occurs with both IE and firefox...but only when I am on the internet does the puter lock up...have called the ISP and they could not help me...I am in desperate need of help and would be greatly appreciative of anything you all might suggest to remedy this problem...thank you in advance.

i found that the os that came with my system works better that xp which my computer says it once had, but when i booted it up it had win 2000. but it had a passward lock on the software so i just formatted and loaded xp 5 times. once i tryed to get on the internet it would lock up so i finely tryed for the last time with win 2000 and loaded the driivers from dell myself and been on the internet since , so try loading a lower grade os software and loaded the drivers seprately. but dont forget to look what the names of the hardware you need to get as the drivers are concerned
