Laptop not working

I have Issues connecting to the internet not even a direct connection works. Atheros AR5B91

Should I replace something?

Uninstall all those devices and then reboot the machine and windows should automatically reinstall the drivers.

If that don't work try doing a system restore back to the day everything was working.
