Laptop On Life Support

I'm getting a few BSODs on my laptop. They happen randomly and when they do show up my system cannot boot for at least 20 minutes. I don’t believe it’s a heat issue my laptop runs 50-60 degrease Celsius and it has been that hot its entire life. The laptop details are in my sig. I have added more ram about 2 months ago and I’m going to start by troubleshooting there. I will also try to reload the system tonight. Any insight on these two errors would be helpful. Here is the Event Viewer information on these errors.
