Laptop on Windows 10 fans getting loud each 5-10 minutes

I'got HP Envy laptop running Windows 10 Home Edition. It's a beast, although it has its flaws.
One of them—about each 5-10 minutes its fans getting wild for like 10 sec. There's no particular tasks in the TaskManager that signals high CPU
It does not happen when laptop is running on battery.
So, I suppose Task.Scheduler has a task that runs only when on power supply mode. But there are many of them and switching them all off might be harmful, so I run out of the ideas.
Would someone hint on how to investigate the issue?

If the fans are only increasing when it is being charged then I'm assuming charging the battery is making the machine hotter and its trying to cool down. Have you blown out the air vent lately?

Usually AC and battery have different power profiles, it's easily possible the system is just getting too hot for the conservative fan profile and is decreasing the temperature below the threshold. The one in my sig can play things like rocket league while barely ramping up the fans, but in a silent environment it's going to eventually cross a temperature threshold.

Needs a lot more info honestly.

Thank you for your reply! I did blow out the air vent just 5 days ago. The laptop doesn't run any heavy (light even) apps
It's just plain desktop experience and without power it goes on for hours and no fans issue
5-10 minutes later the moment I plug the power in, fans are speeding up for 10-30 sec and then stop, and it happens regularly which makes me think a scheduled task that has a power dependency makes fans run
The question can be summarized in the following way
How to see all scheduled tasks that have "run if on power supply" list?
