Laptop probs

so my computer has been acting pretty stupid lately..well actually today. my computer was acting very slow so i decided to run a virus scan with mcafee. the windows defender and mcafee started saying trojan located and removed etc... after i ran both of the programs, i went online and decided to google something.. and whenever i click a link on google it opens another window with some random website. so i decided to run mcafee again and i dloaded adaware and spybot...but now it says my laptop is not connected to the internet, so now i cannot update any of my virus software(adware, spybot, etc)

on top of that my FOLDER OPTIONS ARE GONE!!! wtf!! i have no idea wats goin on.. after i rant he mcafee virus scan and windows defender i restarted the comp and didnt notice taht all my hidden folders that i purposely left unhidden were hidden once again and icant get to my folder options bcus it say is restricted check up with the adminstrator... im the adminstrator..so any help wold b good..thanks

** trying to dload hijackthis and the other website but my computer wont allow me... it says failed to connect...back to the computer not connecting to certain programs.. right now im waiting for adware and mcafee to finish and them im gonna restart and try to connect again
