Hey im buying a new study laptop know it doesnt matter much but it does to me, was thinking about Lenovo's Thinkpad Edge 13" with AMD processor. I want to know if its any good. I dont want a slow as hell pc that cant even procces a homepage. you get what I mean

Which one of those two is the most powerfull? :)

Turion Neo X2 mobile processor

or

Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300

And also is this chipset any good:
AMD M780G

SU7300 > L325. But both are not very fast.
Lenovo Thinkpad is good.

And do you want that because of the battery life? Or size?
I have check the price on google, it around $500 - 600.
I suggest you have a look on Asus UL20FT. It equip with core i3-330um, would be faster than SU7300/ L325. However, it is just 12"

However, I do recommend you get 14" with Optical drive, it make life easier.

why would 14" make it easier. and I dont need a dvd drive

With 14" screen you don't have to squint as much, you don't need an optical drive? you might get given study CDs/DVDs, or told to watch a film, or save your work/files?

Is portability a biggie for you?

Is battery life at high priority?
If yes go for Asus UL20FT-A1

Consider these if battery is not priority. From fast to slow -
