laptop refuse to turn on

my laptop wont turn on with or without the plug I don't know whats wrong with it, what should I look for? the light still indicate its still able to charge sometime it manage to turn on but for a split second then turn off again some time it turn fully on but after u turn it off it wont turn back on. not under warranty no more either.
 
no power light unless its the charging light only, I haven't try to ram yet also forgot to mention I think some liquid was spill on it through the keyboard.
