Laptop repeats Blue Screen of Death

I was viewing a video on Yahoo, some wedding procession dance video (I was looking around bored). Then at the end of the video, it would freeze and the comp. made a clicking noise and Blue Screen of Deathed. I would start it on both Start Normally and Safe Mode, it would load the bar at bottom, then go to Windows emblem and load somewhat then do another Blue Screen of Death, what is the problem.

I think it is possible that it overheated, the comp felt pretty dang hot so that is what Im assuming, any other ideas or is mine the most probable?

I tried Last Known Good Config. it doesnt work, we just tried to restart it, took the battery out and put back in... it still is messed up. It is an Acer laptop with it seems to be XP.

CD Windows, this laptop is the tiny ones that dont even have a CD drive...

no problem , if your computer can boot from usb , use external drive , or a flash memory

I dont have Windows CD, USB, or anything..
How do you take out the RAM? I heard if you take it out and reinsert, it might fix it.

I don't have any advice on this, I just wanted to say that I just watched that video (or one like it) literally less than a minute before reading this.

Weird.

When the blue screen comes up does it go away and the computer re-starts?
Or does it give you an error message that you can actually read?
