laptop restarts itself when playing 3d games

i have a laptop with 512 mb ram, and 64 mb shared graphics, i went into bios to see that it was set to 64mb and not 32mb, then exited wo saving, but now when i start any 3d game the computer restarts itself! what could cause this??
 
It's simple. If you've to integrated graphics and you're playing a 3D game, it's just way too much for shared memory. Even if you had 1gb of ram and shared 64mb for graphics, you may still restart randomly. If you're restarting during normal operations like typing a paper, then yes there's a problem, but i think this one is normal.
