Laptop to Boot from CD/DVD

I have my laptop and want to boot from my CD/DVD drive, so I can use the LiveCD for PCLinuxOS... I cannot do so because of some unknown problem.... I have changed the boot sequence in BIOS to be

1. CD/DVD Drive
2. Diskette Drive
3. USB Storage Device
4. Internal HDD

Now, I don't know why it still boots into Vista... This really pisses me off, am I missing something?

I still think it's because the CD you made isn't bootable.
