I have no idea about quality, but you could find one online.
If both your laptop and tv have a hdmi input then I recommend using that, although generally the cables are a little bit more expensive if you can't use an hdmi cable then you will to have to deal with the sound just coming out of your laptop unless you have some kind of external speakers, to make it a little louder.
HDMI is best
If you use hdmi, the picture quality will generally be excellent, and the text on the screen will be very readable. but DO NOT go to best buy, etc. and buy a $40 cable. hdmi is a digital connection so the signal either gets through or doesn't get through, not like analog where you can have a bad picture with a bad cable. Just search on amazon.com for an hdmi cable, and you should be all set.
