I have a laptop with an external hard drive full of movies connected to my tv through a hdmi cable. So I usually watch movies, hulu, or stream things off the internet through my tv.
My problem arises when I close the lid of the laptop. Only when I have hulu in full screen and close the laptop does is show about 3/4 screen on the tv, but when its open it shows full screen.
This only happens with hulu. When I watch movies from the harddrive and use VLC player to play them it stays full screen with laptop open or closed.
Any ideas?
