Laptop Troubles

i'm running a Dell XPS M1330 series and i have 3 GB of Ram, but my computer keeps getting slower and slower it seems. I run Spybot and my antivirus and they don't catch anything. Any ideas what's wrong with my laptop and how i can speed it up again?

download cc cleaner,
delete all the junk you dont want
uninstall any programs you dont use
delete internet cache
run disk clean up run defragmenter

i found a great program a while ago while search youtube ill post it here its a guide on how to use it, the program is called tune up utilitys 2008. it gives you a 30 day trail free but thats all you need to clean and speed up your computer.

unfortunately some happened while i was away from it and now i got the blue screen
