Laptop with best battery life...

Hello, well after doing some research I figured out that what I am looking for is a laptop with the best battery life (I am really tired of my 45min battery life from Toshiba laptop ). So any help would help, I do not want the external battery connector and looking for something compact.

Hello,

The Dell Inspiron e1405 / 640m and Dell Inspiron 1501 has good battery life. The 6-cell battery lasts 3 hours + and the 9 cell lasts well over 4 hours. It will last much longer with a Core 2 Duo processor. Doesn't cost much to upgrade to the 9-cell either, and the 9-cell doesn't stick out of the laptop either (on the Dell Inspiron 1501 which is 15.4").
