Laptop

We can't view the saved cart, you'll need to post the specs here. Hehehe...though did you mean to call it a "Dell Stupid 17 laptop"? I assume you meant Studio? ;)

Now personally, without seeing it, I'd look around at some other brands. I'm a little apprehensive regarding Dell because of all the problems I've encountered with them over the years. Within the past 4 years, most everyone's Dell battery I knew died after one year. Some older laptops had a tremendous number of quality issues. Two of my friends have had hardware issues; both would be in the trash now if one hadn't purchased the extended warranty. Now for me, aside from the battery being shot, my Inspiron 1420 has been pretty decent with no real problems to speak of. However, the build quality didn't seem quite up to par with similar laptops I'd used...

Well my grandmother had a dell that's not too bad and this thing deffinatley isn't cutting edge and we've never had any major problems. Also, I'll post the specifications tomorrow

I have owned a few dells and the only reason I own the one that I do now (bought 2 weeks ago) was because I have had great experience's with Dell. Everyone has a different experience. Though I will say a lot of people I meet that have problems with a brand (not always) but usually user error. To much garabage on there computer, viruses from illegal downloading or porn. If you take care of your computer they seem to last. Plus most people I have found that have problems with dell are the ones who buy the cheap models, I do recommend for anyone buying a computer that you save up and buy one that is atleast over 800$. That doesnt matter on brand. You may get lucky and buy a cheap one and be okay, but then again you may not. You don't see a lot of post of computer issue's on higher end model's on this message board.
