Hello everybody,

I'm an exchange student from Germany and I wanna buy a new laptop.

I need it for homework, games, skype, and social networks.

The battery should work for 6 hours or more and I don't wanna spend more than $900.

Any ideas?

you are never going to get 6 hours of battery life in game. You can either have battery life or gaming, not both. That said, what specific games are you playing? That will determine what laptop is best.

I've got an Acer Aspire V5 571 , the battery goes for about 4 hours, it has an Intel i5 3rd gen processor with 8gb of ram. You can get it at around 500-600 Euros in Germany.

Heavy games won't perform well on the laptop but other stuff will please you well.

Ya im sorry but i dont know too much about the sagers but what i can tell you is for 800-900 dollars on that website i sent you you can have a mobile i7 with a nvidia 660 with the ability to swap between the indescrete and descrete graphics cards with the press of a button.Vostro 1520 Akku
