Laptop's problem

Thanks for to give chance for threading. I have a problem for running laptop. sometimes its hang on and not responding too.

Can you give us more detailed explanation?
When and where it hangs the most,what do you do to cause it,does it cause by itself,how often,what operating system do you have,what are your computer hardware specifications and so on?........
