LaptopSkin?

My friends bought a piece of laptopSkin from US. It looks nice, but I think the cost is too high， USD 40. The quality is not worthy.

What's your idea about the price? Is laptopskin popular you there? waht is the marketing price?

No not likely. It's basically just a big sticker on your laptop. Most of the things like these (skins for laptops, games, handhelds, etc.) aren't even worth it in my opinions. Since it sticks on, taking it off will always usually leave a residue behind if you do in the future.. making your laptop look worse.

Dell offers skins now too, but they say that you can remove and add new ones all the time, so it doesn't seem like theirs leave any residue.

Well, I believe the Dell skins are actually plastic pieces that are made to snap in special recepticles on the front of the laptop. As for other "skins", I agree that they look shoddy at best, and after awhile they tend to not stay on as well, and then also leave that nasty residue behind. You can remove it, but why would you want all the work for something that is that expensive and doesn't look that good or work that well, IMO?
