last minute case suggestion

the case i wanted, the one on the right, was suppose to be restocked today but it hasnt. my birthday is the 26th and i need to get a case now.

the other case would be either a thermaltake Tsunami or that PC-65B.


will the 4 80mm fans work as well as the PC-60BPlusII's 2X120+2X80mm fan setup

or should i just get the exact same Lian-Li case witht he 2 120s but without a window, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811112100

this is just for if my case that i want doesnt come in stockk soon enough

4X80mm fans will not be as good as 2X120mm and 2x80. I would suggest you take a look at the thermaltake shark case, as personally like it very much. Also take a look at the antec P180 case (i think thats what its called).

and if i did get the p-180 would you have a suggestion on a 120mm and 80mm(slim) for putting in the optional places that Antec left open for fans

Antec makes some ok fans that you can use, but I prefer Nexus fans, they are very quiet and have good air flow. But they can be hard to find.

i've got the revision of the p180, the p182. I haven't got any experience with the p180 but i love my case. Takes up to a total of 4x120mm fans. It can even take 5 but then you can't use the upper drive bay (for 3.5inch disks). The lower you can still use though has room for 4 more 3.5 inch disks.

I've got the same fans paratwa advised. And i have to say i love them. They provide more then enough airflow for me. I've got my e6420 overclocked to 2.5ghz stable now (35c under load). I'm busy overclocking it so it's going to be higher but i don't have the time.
