Last minute video card advice please

Hey everyone! The computer that is being built for me is being held up due to the back order of the GTX 470. They wont give me an ETA as to when they will get more stock, and they asked me if I wanted to change to another video card. Not really knowing much about them I thought I would put it out there for advice. Should I go with one of the other options below or just wait for the GTX 470? This computer will be used for medium - high level gamimg, web surfing, and general computing.

GTX 460 - $106
GTX 465 - $91
GTX 480 + $171

HD 5850 - $18
HD 5870 +100




Intel Core i7-950
6GB DDR3 / 1600mhz
GigaByte GA-X58A-UD3R
PS- 800w
 
Well GTX 470 produces a lot of heat. What kind of PSU do you have? But either way, if you choose a different card go with 5870 or the GTX 460 (get the 1gb version not the 768mb version).
