Launch at high priority

Is there any way to make it so when i click a shortcut, i can launch a program at high priority instead of "Normal"?

Create a shortcut for "cmd /c start /<priority> <application>" where <application> is your program and <priority> could be "realtime", "high", "normal", or "low".
