LCD fuzzy in one spot

My LCD which was used for one year had suddenly got fuzzy. Only a part of is fuzzy. It is like a strip of line, and it is fuzzy. I try changing the refresh hertz but it didnt help. It there any way of fixing it. Thank you :)
 
That sounds familiar, whenever I change video drivers, there develops a very thin, invisible, vertical line that makes anything it comes into contact with fuzzy. Pushing the adjust or auto button on the monitor usually solves it.

Same thing or no?
