Lcd Help

Hi, i have a gateway 9300 and the lcd screen is black, The screen flickers a little bit in the bottom right corner , What do you guys think , A bad cable or is the screen shot?

Sounds like the cable to the inverter is loose. Have you tried connecting to an external monitor?

no i havent tryed a monitor how do i go about doing that?

You most likely have either a dvi or vga output on your laptop somewhere, one of these will plug into any monitor made in the past decade. The inverter board may also be going bad, but that usually means the whole thing goes out.
