lcd vs regular

ok i don't know what they call the regular monitors but i have 2 monitors i use to have them both hooked up but my old system got fried and my new one only supports 1 monitor so i was wondering witch one should i the

dell LCD flat screen same size as the regular

or the regular one its made by kds usa

the only thing i dont like about the flat screen is it isn't as bright as the other one and that's it but basically i want you guys to choose

Well for gaming unless its high end and you hate ghosting I would use a CRT.

I like LCD during summer I use a 19inch I stole from work before they trashed it since its generates way less heat then my CRT. (CRT can generate up to 95-100F heat)

Few things I don't like is A your stuck on native resolution B ghosting and C dead pixles can happen and they do happen....once you notice it you will be forever tortured by it.

Though wide screen is nice for gaming...the brightness should be able to turn up as well. My LCD is really damn bright I have to have a light on behind me or I would get a headache from it. (its at 10 bright 20 con)

Model numbers on the monitors would help too.

well i found out what was wrong with the brightness the cord had a cut in it from where my wolf dog ate some of it and i guess it didnt mess up the picture it just made it dim lol
and i wish i could use my computer for gaming it would be bad *** but my computer is to slow for that
