Blue <b>VIP Member</b> Feb 3, 2007 #4 for the 2D desktop it would look fine. As omega said, text might not look so nice. Many "good" LCDs look OK at lower resolutions in games. But OK is not great . It is always recommended to run an LCD at its native resolution for best appearance.
